Co-founder of Hemin Strategy Consulting, Doctor of Law, member of expert panels for multiple policy and regulatory agencies, former public lawyer. He has worked in the Price Supervision and Anti-monopoly Bureau and the Regulations Department of the National Development and Reform Commission for more than ten years, engaging in government administrative law enforcement and legislative work in anti-monopoly and competition law, price law, as well as policy formulation, legislation of laws and regulations, legality review, administrative reconsideration and litigation within development and reform-related fields covering major government investment, planning, projects and macro-control. He has handled cases in industries such as the Internet, transportation, finance, intellectual property, logistics, medical and health, and real estate. 和民咨询联合创始人，毕业于中国人民大学、北京大学，法学硕士。原任职于最高人民法院民一庭，作为合议庭成员参与审理二审、申请再审、提审和下级法院请示的民商事案件逾600件，主要涉及建设工程施工合同纠纷、公司纠纷，并在侵权、房地产、第三人撤销之诉等领域具有丰富经验。参与民间借贷、民诉法、建设工程、网络侵权、证据规定等多项司法解释及文件的调研起草。

Co-founder of Hemin Strategy Consulting, graduated from Renmin University of China and Peking University with a Master's degree in Law. Formerly worked at the Civil Tribunal No.1 of the Supreme People's Court, where he participated as a member of the collegiate panel in the trial of over 600 civil and commercial cases involving second-instance trials, applications for retrial, direct trial, and requests for instructions from lower courts, mainly involving construction engineering contract disputes and corporate disputes. He also has extensive experience in the fields of infringement, real estate, and third-party revocation litigation. Participated in the research and drafting of multiple judicial interpretations and documents, including those on private lending, civil procedure law, construction engineering, online infringement, and evidence provisions.
